Natural Soap Bars

With a shower like this you’ll definitely need the right soap 😊

A healthy lifestyle not only includes what you put in your body, it also involves what you put on your body! Taking care of my body inside and out is so important. One way I do so is by using natural organic soap bars. I’m so obsessed with them; the smell is amazing and they work wonders on my body.

1. They are made with organic ingredients. Unlike soaps from these big companies place in numerous stores filled with harmful ingredients that can be detrimental to your skin later on. Organic soaps on the other hand are free of herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or pesticides. They typically include oats, essential oils *my favourite*, coconut oil, aloe, honey among many other natural, body healing ingredients.

2. Your body is going to thank you, seriously. Using organic soap has tremendous benefit. It locks moisture into my skin leaving it silky smooth and soft all while detoxifying my body and skin of any residual toxins.

3. These organic soap bars are antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-fungal. These properties makes it healthier and a  perfect choice for people who experience acne, oily skin and poison ivy among other skin conditions. It way better than using a prescribed cream whose ingredients contain words I can’t pronounce.

4. The environment will thank you. Due to the soap being organic that mean there is not pesticide and animal cruetly activity going on. As a result there is less havock being done to the environment bad enough as it is.

Natural organic soaps might cost a bit more as compared to other soaps but when it comes to taking care of my body that doesn’t really matter when the benefits outweighs the cost. Here are 4 of my favourite organic soap bars and where to get them at an affordable price.

  1. I love natural soaps, especially for my family. My sons have eczema, so I’m always making sure I purchase soaps that cleanse and soothe their sensitive skin. I’m a big fan of lavender and already have my eye on the organic lavender + lavender & rosemary bars. Heading over to check them out/get more familiar now. Thank you for sharing, Krissy!

  2. Great post! It is so important to eat and drink the right things, but we cannot forget that our skin absorbs so much and we should take care about what we allow into our bodies!
I will check out the links you posted, I do use natural soaps already but always great to try something new!
